Scotiabank promotes and supports the Three Legacies of Transformation platform, which uses soccer to change lives and realities in Latin America. This initiative is developed through three programs: SOMOS Equidad, Líderes Salvando Vidas and CAPI Emprende. Three legacies: Gender Equity, Peace and Reconciliation, and Leadership and Sustainability. And three ambassadors from Mexico, Colombia and Chile, who transcend the field and weave their legacy that goes beyond goals and victories.

Since 2022, Scotiabank has proposed to support three projects that use soccer as an excuse to prevent risks, train children, adolescents and young people in values and life skills, thanks to the work of coaches who inspire on and off the field.
Leaders: 105 women and men with strengthened tools and skills to promote gender equity on and off the soccer field.
Participants: approximately 2,700 girls and boys with increased access to gender-sensitive programs and training. Ten social organizations taking action to be more inclusive and provide equal opportunities for all genders.
Legacy: This program seeks equal access to opportunities for girls, women and non-binary people on and off the field. "Some years ago near my house an accident happened. That day we arrived at school and two little brothers arrived very early. They found a watch at the school gate and put it away. When they got home they took it out and suddenly there was a loud explosion. they died and so did their mother. That is why it is so important what you teach the children with the messages to take care of their lives".
"CAPI Emprende has allowed me to experience new things and explore fields I did not know. This is why the school has had a gigantic growth both in population and in recognition in the community. On the other hand, the parents have been very happy and motivated with the community activities we have carried out".
